鲷鱼 'diāo yú'

鲷鱼，鲷科，真鲷属又叫加吉鱼、班加吉、加真鲷、铜盆鱼。加吉鱼属于鱼纲，鲷（Sea Bream）科。体高侧扁，长五十厘米以上，体呈银红色，有淡蓝色的斑点，尾鳍后绿黑色，头大、口小，上下颌牙前部圆锥形，后部臼齿状，体被栉鳞，背鳍和臀鳍具硬棘。中国沿海均产，但以辽宁大东沟，河北秦皇岛，山东烟台、龙口、青岛为主要产区。
